Lowell Strauss is a Saskatchewan-based international award-winning writer, photographer, and all-round outdoor adventurer.
For over 15 years, his authentic lifestyle photos of people, gear and dogs have helped narrate his writing—outdoor stories, recipes and articles created for digital and print media. Lowell is an avid hunter, shooter, angler, camper, and canoer who shares his campfires, food and friendship with all who yearn for the backcountry.
He grew up on a farm near Last Mountain Lake where he fell in love with fishing as well.
