This certainly has helped the forest fire situation in many parts of the province. and raised some low water levels in lakes and rivers. You can purchase your license online and the cost of the license for Manitoba residents is $22 for the year, a pretty darn good price compared to a lot of other jurisdictions. WINTER HAS RETURNED A Colorado low is sweeping across the prairies making travel risky but bringing snow and cooler temperatures to western Canada. Caution is advised on the ice as conditions are inconsistent with the last couple of weeks of warmer weather.
